·  Urine output chart

·  Blood pressure chart.

·  Complete Blood Count (CBC).

· Kidney function, liver enzymes, electrolytes and blood gases.

· Coagulation profile

· Complete urine analysis and Pelvic-abdominal ultrasound.

·  ESR, CRP, LDH, and serum ferritin.

·  C3& C4.

·  Retics, blood film, ADAMTS13 and H-factor if available.

·  Stool analysis, Shiga-toxin if needed
