Management of Crohn’s Disease in Adults

- Clinical indicators for monitoring

1.     Documentation of the clinical symptoms and signs.

2.     Radiology (ultrasonography, CT scan and/or MRI)

3.     Colonoscopy.

4.     Documentation of the type of treatment, (medical, aspiration, surgical).

5.     Documentation of the surgical details (stricturoplasty, type of resection, type of anastomosis and type of diversion if done)
