- Clinical indicators for monitoring

1.     Adrenal imaging, (CT, MRI or Pet/CT).
2.     Dexamethasone suppression test.
3.     Plasma free metanephrines, urinary fractionated metanephrines, or VMA in urine. Aldosterone/renin ratio.
4.     Documentation of management of adrenal lesion.
