The report is submitted to the Hospital Quality Improvement Committee Coordinator for recommendations, implementation, and filing.
A comprehensive evaluation of the newborn's condition is conducted upon admission to the neonatal care unit. Additionally, an assessment is performed at the beginning of each shift, with findings documented in the newborn's medical record. The evaluation includes:
First: General Examination
This includes observing the following:
