Job description definition

It is a description and specification of the activities, tasks and responsibilities that the occupant of this job must perform

It is a phrase that explains the nature of the job and the responsibilities assigned to the job holder, as well as the relationship between the job and other jobs

It is a statement or written list of expected behavior  For employees and services as a basis or basis for performance evaluation

Purpose of job description

8.          It determines the requirements for missions and training grants to provide specialized cadres in various nursing cases, whether specialized therapeutic or primary health care

9.          It participates with the relevant technical departments in preparing, following up on the implementation and evaluation of training and continuing education programs for all nursing categories in the directorate affiliated with it

10.       Participate in studying the laws, decisions and regulations governing the nursing profession, working and living conditions, and preparing and submitting proposals related to their development

11.       Supervises the preparation and approval of reports and statistics on the activities and achievements of the General Administration of Nursing and its affiliated departments

2.      Supervises all work at the center, issues implementing instructions, and approves them within the limits of the powers granted to it by its heads of state

3.      The necessary measures are taken to prepare and implement training plans and programmes at the centre in accordance with the approved plan

4.      Contact the technical departments/ministry or its affiliated department to set dates for implementing the training courses

5.      She approves the lecture schedules, contacts the trainers to inform them of the training dates, follows up on their attendance, makes the necessary adjustments to the schedules according to the situation, and suggests replacing one trainer with another

6.      Contacting the relevant authorities to implement the procedures for various field visits for practical training
