Conditions of the genitourinary tract:

·        Pyelonephritis

·        Uremia

·        Ovarian torsion

·        Kidney stones

·        Degenerating uterine leiomyoma

Metabolic conditions:

·        Diabetic ketoacidosis

·        Porphyria

·        Addison’s disease
