This guideline targets adult and elderly patients who present with acute chest pain secondary to coronary heart disease. This guideline does not apply to pediatric patients. This Guideline is concerned with the diagnosis of acute chest pain using Cardiac CT and to create clear and actionable recommendations to implement these opportunities in clinical practice.
