- First aid principles
1. Take charge of the situation
2. Make sure there is no danger at the accident site
3. Wear personal protective equipment
4. If someone arrived at the accident scene before you, rush to help him
5. Reassure the injured person and let him know who you are and that you are helping him.
6. Ask the injured person not to move in order to preserve his spine.
7. Ask for help from those around you
8. Move the injured person away from the accident site

10. Do not leave the injured person alone
11. Transport the injured person to the hospital

1. Leave your name and phone number clearly
2. Clearly identify the location of the accident
3. Determine the easiest route to the accident site
4. Describe what happened and what is happening in the place
5. Determine the number of victims and their condition approximately
6. State the expected hazards in or around the accident site
7. Identify the requirements for dealing with the event
8. Never hang up the line before the ambulance service officer hangs up
